花鳗鲡和太平洋双色鳗鲡混合苗种循环水高密度培育的研究

摘要:在自行设计的循环水系统中研究了从菲律宾引进的花鳗鲡(Anguilla marmorata)和太平洋双色鳗鲡(Anguilla bicolor pacifica)混合苗种的培育效果。结果显示,苗种存活率为87.99%,日增重、特定生长率和饵料系数分别为0.011g/d、1.87%/d和9.59;鳗苗培育Ⅰ期放养密度对日增重、特定生长率和饵料系数有显著性影响(P<0.05),日增重和特定生长率随密度的增大而减小,饵料系数随密度的增大而升高;鳗苗培育Ⅱ期不同放养密度对两种规格鳗苗的日增重、特定生长率和饵料系数均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。结果表明:自行设计的循环水养殖系统培育花鳗鲡和太平洋双色鳗鲡的效果较好;鳗苗的放养密度在3 638~4 850 ind/m3是比较适宜的。

Research on superintensive fingerlings breeding of Anguilla marmorata and Anguilla bicolor pacifica in recirculating aquaculture system

Abstract: Glass eels of Anguilla marmorata and Anguilla bicolor pacifica introduced from Philippine were nursed in the recirculating aquaculture system designed by ourselves in this study. The results showed that the survival rates was 87.99%, the daily weight gains was 0.011g/d, the specific growth rates was 1.87%/d, and the food index was 9.59. Daily weight gains, specific growth rates and food index were significantly different among different stocking density in the nursing stageⅠ(P<0.05). Daily weight gains and specific growth rates were higher in the lower stocking density. Food index was higher in the higher stocking density. Daily weight gains, specific growth rates and food index were not significantly different among different stocking density in the nursing stageⅡ(P>0.05). In conclusion, the effect of nursing Anguilla marmorata and A. bicolor pacifica using the recirculating aquaculture system was favorable; the most appropriate stocking density of glass eels was 3 638-4 850 ind/m3.
