生物絮团技术在水产养殖中的作用研究综述

摘要:生物絮团技术(Biofloc Technology,BFT)是解决当前集约化水产养殖资源和环境问题而产生的可持续水产养殖技术之一,通过调节水体中的碳氮比(C/N),进而实现净化水质,提高饲料中蛋白质的利用率及养殖对象抗病力的功能。该文从BFT的概念、组成及形成条件等方面,对BFT在水产养殖中的应用现状进行了分析,重点总结了BFT对养殖对象的生物防治作用,并展望了BFT未来的发展及研究方向。

Research review on the role of biofloc technology in aquaculture

Abstract: Biofloc Technology(BFT) is one of the technologies in sustainable aquaculture, which bases on solving the current resource and environmental problems arising from intensive aquaculture. Through balancing carbon and nitrogen ratio in the system, BFT could regulate water quality in aquaculture. Meanwhile, it could increase the utilization of dietary protein and improve the disease resistance of aquaculture species. This paper sets forth the concept, composing elements as well as forming conditions of BFT, and analyzes the application status of BFT in aquaculture. It mainly summarizes the effect of BFT on the biological control of cultured species, and looks forward to the future developments and research directions of BFT.
