摘要:为提高渔船捕捞装备高效率的驱动性能和良好的控制特性,对拖网绞机电力控制技术进行研究。在拖网绞机功能需求分析基础上,基于矢量控制方法,设计了变频调速系统控制方案,通过PLC和变频器协同控制绞机,并对控制系统的关键技术进行了分析。根据设计方案构建了系统实验装置,利用扭矩测量装置得到调速过程中转矩、功率与转速变化关系。试验过程中调速平稳,绞机在额定电压下实现恒转矩输出,能够快速响应负载变化。该控制系统稳定可靠,自动化程度高,适于在渔船捕捞装备应用。

Research on power control technology of fishing vessel trawl winch

Abstract: In order to improve the high-efficiency driving performance and good control characteristics of fishing equipments, this paper has researched the power control technology for trawl winch. The control scheme of variable frequency speed regulation system was designed with vector control method based on the demand analysis of trawl winch, which controlled winch through the coordination of PLC and inverter, and the key technology of the control system was also analyzed. According to the design scheme, the devices of system experiment were built up, which used the torque measurement devices to get the relationship among torque, power and speed change. During the test process, the speed regulation was stable, and winch could output constant torque under the rated voltage, so as to rapidly respond to load changes. The control system is stable and reliable, with the function of high automation, and has great prospect in the application of fishing equipments.
