虾壳(头)资源化收集处理工艺及设备的研究

摘要:通过对虾壳(头)资源化收集处理工艺的研究,研究设计了筒带式挤浆脱液机及气流—回转滚筒组合干燥等专用设备。筒带式挤浆脱液机能将虾头的浆液挤出并用于虾壳脱水,保持虾壳不碎;气流—回转滚筒组合干燥烘虾壳,虾壳在≥450 ℃气流中的瞬时湿热交换,水分速降至50%左右,再由回转滚筒干燥15~18 min,水分≤13%;虾浆经150~180 ℃的热风喷雾干燥,虾粉水分≤3%。虾壳(头)经本工艺处理,干品品质稳定,为下一步的深加工提供了优质原料。

Research on processing technology and equipment for resource utilization of shrimp shell (head)

Abstract: Based on researches of processing technology, specific belt-drum squeezing separator and air-drum combined dryer are designed for resource utilization of shrimp shell (head). The belt-drum squeezing separator can squeeze shrimp offal from the head without disruption of the shell. Then shrimp shell is dried by the air dryer with air temperature of ≥450 ℃, when its moisture content is rapidly down to about 50% since instant moisture and heat exchange. Further drying is applied in the rotary drum for 15~18 min till moisture content of the shell is ≤13%. On the other hand, shrimp offal can be dried through hot air spray-drying with air temperature of 150~180 ℃ till moisture content of final shrimp powder is ≤3%. Shrimp shell (head) of high quality is available by using these technologies and supplies good raw materials for further processing.
