投喂频率对循环水养殖系统氨氮浓度的影响

摘 要:研究在相同投喂量下,不同投喂频率(3、6、8次/d次/日)对循环水养殖系统水体氨氮水平及生物滤器其去除效率的影响。结果表明,随着投喂频率增高,:养殖水体氨氮变异程度系数由14.9%逐渐减弱到0,但总体平均浓度基本保持一致 稳定(P>0.05);投喂后,生物滤器氨氮去除效率由67.02%持续 升高到85.71%,变化具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用8次/d次/日投喂频率时,养殖水体氨氮浓度保持更平稳稳定、生物滤器氨氮去除效率更高。

Effect of Feeding Frequency on the NH4-N+ Level of
the recirculating aquaculture system

Abstract:: Under the condition of the same feeding weight, the experiment was carried on the feeding frequency of 3 times per day, 6 times per day and 8 times per day to the NH4-N+ level and biofilter’s removing ratio. The result shows, with the increase of feeding frequency, although the coefficient of variation decreased from 14.9% to 0 ,the general average of NH4-N+ level in the culture water almost kept still. With the increase of feeding frequency, the NH4-N+ removing ratio of biofilter increased significantly from 67.02% to 85.71% after feeding. Above all, 8 times per day feeding frequency makes the NH4-N+ level of recirculating aquaculture water keep stiller, and NH4-N+ removing ratio of biofilter grows higher.
