摘要:至今上海市标准化水产养殖场改造的工程概算主要由人工使用计算器完成,该方法耗时长且错误率高。针对这一问题利用Excel软件的数据处理功能力和提供的各类函数(ROUND、COUNT等)建立完善的数据通道,制作成清晰的工作表,实现工程设计数据与概算自动转化,自主完成规划图设计数据与标准化养殖场规范核对,并提高表格可调性,最终只要输入规划图设计数据,便立刻得到该项目投资概算,同时输出核查结果。结果表明,初步实现了项目概算的智能化,大大提高工作效率和计算准确度,为标准化水产养殖场设计节约了时间。

Compilation method for budgt and budge estimate of
Standardized Aquafarm base on excel

Abstract: The cost of the modification project for standardized aquafarm in Shanghai City is mainly analyzed with calculating machine by manual work at present, which is time-consuming with high error rate. On account of this problem, we used Excel, which has powerful data-handing capacity and provides various functions, such as ROUND, COUNT, and so on. Excel was used to build sophisticated data channel to make a clear worksheet, which can achieve the automatic transformation of engineering designing data and budgetary estimation, and autonomously finish the checking between the designing data of planning chart and the criterion of standardized aquafarm. It improved the adjustability of the sheet, and once the designing data of the planning chart was input, the budgetary estimation of the project investment can be achieved immediately, and so did the check results. The result showed the intellectualization of the project budgetary estimation was preliminarily realized, which improved the work efficiency and accuracy in computation, and saved time for design of standardized aquafarm.
