刺参苗种越冬期水环境因子变化及对刺参急性效应的研究

摘要:对刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)苗种越冬期室内正常池和发病池的水环境因子变化进行了跟踪监测和比较。结果表明:正常池和发病池水环境中总氨氮和亚硝酸氮含量差异显著(P<0.05),发病池明显高于正常池。并进行了水环境因子变化对刺参急性效应的研究。结果表明:在水温为(11.0±1.0)℃、pH 8.0±0.2条件下,氨氮(NH3-N)对刺参幼参(3 cm左右)48 h、72 h和96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为6.09 mg/L、3.29 mg/L和1.75 mg/L;水温为(13.0±0.5)℃,刺参幼参96 h能够耐受的pH范围为7~9,能耐受的盐度范围为16~42。

Characterization of water environment parameters in Apostichopus japonicus juveniles culture ponds during winter and acute effect of those to A. japonicus juveniles

Abstract: In this paper, several water environment parameters in sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus juveniles culture ponds were monitored from Jan 23rd to Feb 23rd in 2006 and the correlation of water environment parameters and disease of A. japonicus were analysed. The data showed the content of NH3-N and NO2- in diseased sea cucumber pond was obviously higher than that in healthy sea cucumber pond. In addition, acute effect of NH3-N, pH and salinity to A. japonicus juveniles were studied, which showed the lethal concentration (LC50) in 48 h, 72 h and 96 h of NH3-N to A. japonicus juveniles (about 3 cm) is 6.09, 3.29 and 1.75 mg/L at about 11 ℃ and pH 8, respectively. The resistant pH and salinity range for A. japonicus juveniles in 96 h was 7-9 and 16-42 at about 13 ℃, respectively.
