邻苯二甲酸酯类在普通小球藻-真鲷鱼苗食物链中积累效应研究

摘要:为研究邻苯二甲酸酯类在水生生态食物链中的积累效应,选择DMP、DEP、DBP、DNOP、BBP和DEHP作为研究对象,在可控条件下模拟了6种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)在小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)-真鲷(Pagrosomus major)鱼苗食物链中的传递过程,探讨了PAEs在各个生物体内的积累及食物链中的传递效应。结果表明,PAEs的富集含量从高到低的顺序为:DEHP>DNOP>DBP>BBP>DEP,DMP几乎未见富集,随着PAEs浓度的增高,其在小球藻和真鲷鱼苗体内的富集量随之增大,表现出明显的浓度效应。小球藻和真鲷鱼苗对疏水性和辛醇-水分配系数较大的DEHP和DNOP富集能力较强,其中DEHP的富集系数在0.05 mg/L浓度下分别高达2.46和1.13;0.2 mg/L浓度下分别高达3.25和1.06,均>1;而DNOP在小球藻内的富集系数分别为2.04(0.05 mg/L PAEs)和2.62(0.20 mg/L PAEs),但在真鲷鱼苗体内富集系数均<1;DMP、DEP、DBP和BBP在食物链各个生物体的富集系数均<1。在小球藻-真鲷鱼苗这一简单食物链中,DEHP和DNOP在小球藻和真鲷鱼苗中均有一定程度的富集,但在传递过程中未表现出明显的生物放大效应。

Study on the cumulative effect of phthalate esters in the food chain of Chlorella vulgaris to Pagrosomus major

Abstract: In order to study the cumulative effect of phthalate esters (PEAs) in aquatic ecological food chain, 6 types of PEAs listed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the priority control pollutants including DMP, DEP, DBP, DNOP, BBP and DEHP were studied on their cumulative and transmission effects in the food chain of Chlorella vulgaris to Pagrosomus major in laboratory simulation test. The test showed that the high-to-low order in terms of enrichment content was DEHP>DNOP>DBP>BBP>DEP, and almost no DMP enrichment in the bodies of Chlorella vulgaris and Pagrosomus major. With the increasing of PAEs concentration, the PAEs residues contents were also increased significantly and exhibited obvious concentration effect. Chlorella vulgaris and Pagrosomus major showed strong accumulating ability for DEHP and DNOP which had high hydrophobicity and octanol-water partition coefficient. At concentration of 0.05 mg/L , the BCF values of DEHP were respectively 2.46 and 1.13, while at 0.2 mg/L were 3.25 and 1.06, all being >1; while the BCF values of DNOP in Chlorella vulgaris were 2.04 (0.05mg/L PAEs) and 2.62 (0.20mg/L PAEs), but were <1 in Pagrosomus major; and the BCF values of DMP, DEP, DBP, and BBP in each organism of the food chain were <1. In the simple food chain composed of Chlorella vulgaris to Pagrosomus major, both the bodies had a certain degree of enrichment in DEHP and DNOP, but showed no obvious biological amplification effect in the passing process.
