云纹石斑工厂化循环水养殖技术

摘要:本试验率先采用循环水系统开展了云纹石斑的养殖试验并取得了成功。结果显示,在莱州明波养殖基地选用的平均体重50 g/尾规格的云纹石斑苗种10万尾,在水温22~25℃、盐度28~31、pH7.8~8.2的水环境条件下,经12个月培育,长成平均体重为0.65 kg/尾的商品鱼,平均单尾月增重50 g,成活率93.5%;共收获成鱼9.35万尾,单产49.9 kg/m3。本研究为云纹石斑工厂化循环水养殖提供一个成功的范例。

The industrial farming technology of Epinephelus
moara in recirculation aquaculture system

Abstract: With the rapid development of aquaculture industry, the pattern of mariculture has being changed gradually from the traditional culture to the intensive farming culture in China. The trial of applying the recirculation water system to farm Epinephelus moara was initiated and achieved success. The results showed that a total number of 100 thousand Epinephelus moara fries with 50g in average body weight were stocked in the recirculation water system. Under conditions of water temperature 22~25℃, salinity 28~31‰, pH 7.8~8.2, after 12 months, 93.5 thousand adult fish with 0.65kg in average body weight were produced and the average monthly weight gain per fish was 50g. The unit area yield was 49.9kg/m3, and the survival rate was 93.5%.The recirculation water system showed advantages of highly energy-saving, environmental protection, high effectiveness and safety. This experiment has provided a reference for farming Epinephelus moara by applying recirculation water system, and showed great importance for preventing drug abuse, improving the quality of aquatic products as well as protecting the ecological environment.
