活鱼运输的关键技术及其工艺方法

摘要:活鱼运输是鲜活水产品物流领域一大重要分支,包括暂养、包装、装卸、运输、配送、销售等各环节。目前,该领域工艺技术与配套装备落后于产业发展,迫切需要加强流通关键节点难题探索。本文在充分认知当前活鱼运输技术与市场发展需求的基础上,通过从活鱼有水运输中的鱼体状态、暂养、麻醉、运输工具与环境,以及无水物流中休眠、包装、无水微环境、“唤醒”关键技术角度分别展开分析,提出了存在的问题及发展方向,从而本着活鱼“有水物流的优化,无水物流的革新”指导思想,推进活鱼物流关键技术朝着“少水”或“无水”的方向发展。

Process and key technologies of transportation of live fish

Abstract: The circulation of live fish is a important branch of logistics of fresh aquatic products, and include temporary rearing, packaging, loading and unloading, transportation, distribution, marketing and so on each link. At present, craft technology and auxiliary equipment of this field fall behind industrial development, the exploration of key node puzzle need to be strengthened urgently. Based on cognizing current technical requirements of logistics of alive fish and requirements of marketable development,the paper proposed existing problem and development direction by analyzing key technologies about the state of fish body, temporary rearing, anesthesia, transport machine and surroundings in logistics with water of alive fish, and dormancy, packaging, microenvironment without water, “rousing” in logistics without water of alive fish respectively. Thereby based on guiding ideology of “optimizing of logistics with water, reformation of logistics without water” of alive fish, which boost key technologies of logistics towards “with water” or “without water”.
