麻醉剂MS222对尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率的影响

摘要:为探讨MS222在罗非鱼麻醉运输中应用的可能性,在密封式塑料袋中进行了罗非鱼幼鱼的模拟运输。分别用0 mg/L、10 mg/L、20 mg/L和30 mg/L MS222对广特超®品系尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)幼鱼进行处理,在处理0 h、1 h、3 h和7 h后测定各袋水中溶氧量和氨含量,以计算各时段的耗氧率、排氨率及氧氮比。试验结果表明,在7 h的模拟运输过程中,10 mg/L、20 mg/L和30 mg/L MS222可以分别降低罗非鱼的平均耗氧量10.0%、31.4%和40.5%,降低排氮率12.4%、37.8%和42.8%。因此,30 mg/L的MS222更适宜于广特超®品系罗非鱼幼鱼运输。

Effect of MS222 on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus)

Abastract: The experiment was conducted in sealed plastic bags to simulate the transport of juvenile anesthetized tilapia. The tilapia in Guangtechao ® was treated with 0mg/L, 10 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 30mg/L MS222 respectively, and the contents of dissolved oxygen and ammonia were measured 0h, 1h, 3hs and 7hs later, to calculate the oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and the ratio of oxygen and nitrogen of each period. The results showed that: (1) Oxygen consumption rate of tilapia treated with low concentration MS222 more than 1h was significantly lower than the control group, and then remained stable, but the ammonia excretion rate had no significant change in the period; (2) The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of tilapia treated with medium or high concentration MS222 were both significantly lower than the control group, and them had no significant difference except for within 1h; (3) Whether anesthesia or not, as the experiment continuing, the ratio of oxygen and nitrogen of tilapia appeared an ascending trend, and the moderate and high concentration groups increased more; but from the whole, there had no consistent trend of the ratio and anesthesia concentration. The results suggested, 30 mg/L of MS222 was suitable for juvenile tilapia in Guangtechao ® transport, could most significantly reduce the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate.
