基于LabVIEW的渔船液压舵机试验台研制与应用

摘要:研制一种基于LabVIEW的渔船液压舵机试验台。阐述了该试验台的软硬件设计,应用该试验台对30 kN•m液压舵机进行测试,运用LabVIEW软件自动采集舵机输出扭矩,转舵角度等参数,并对试验参数完成实时曲线显示、存储和后期分析处理等工作。测试得到的平均转舵时间为24 s、工作舵角为±35°;实测加载扭矩与理论值相差不超过5%。试验表明试验台运行稳定、性能可靠,能满足渔船液压舵机的检测要求。基于LabVIEW的参数显示以及分析处理装置可以客观公正地做出试验结论,及时发现舵机问题,有效减少误判,错判等人为影响。

Design of hydraulic steering engine test-bed which is based on LabVIEW

Abstract: A hydraulic steering engine test-bed which is based on LabVIEW is made. For expanding the working range and reducing the cycle time, common hydraulic steering engine test-bed is properly improved. The author introduced the hardware and the software of this system. Testing a hydraulic steering engine in use of this system, the data of export torque and helm angle is collected automatically and the real-time data is displayed, saved and analyzed. Finally getting the results that the cycle time is 24s , the working range is ±35°and the error of torque is lower than 5%. Resulting from the experiment said that the system is steadily and feasibility and the software interfaces which are based on LabVIEW are available.
