摘 要:依据渔船能耗与节能技术调研提供的数据资料,将木质渔船的建造和使用对我国低碳渔业的负面影响进行量化估算。得出我国建造木质渔船大约已消耗木材5600×104 m3,已破坏森林42×104 hm2,建造木质渔船对碳储量的消耗量约为1680×104 t。相对于钢质渔船,木质渔船每年因能耗高而多消耗燃油95×104 t,增加的碳排放量约为81×104 t,增加的二氧化碳排放量约为297×104 t,约占全国渔船总碳排放量的12%。增加的二氧化碳排放量需要约1.2万亩森林吸收10年。指出木质渔船从建造到使用,对我国低碳渔业建设的负面影响十分巨大。

The Estimation to Quantify the Negative Effect on the“ Low-Carbon Fisheries” Brought by the Wooden Fishing Vessels

Abstract: According to the data of fishing boats’ power consumption and energy-saving technology during 2008 to 2009 provided by Fishery Machinery and Instrument Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, the estimation to quantify the negative effect on our country’s “low-carbon fisheries” brought by the construction and usage of the wooden fishing vessels are given. Hence a conclusion can be drawn: the wood used for our country’s wooden fishing vessels is about 5600×104 m3,about 42×104 hm2 forest got destroyed. The consumption of carbon sink is about 1680×104 t. Compared to steel vessels, 95×104 t additional Oil is used up and 81×104 t additional carbon emissions and 297×104 t CO2 emissions are increased , since the higher power consumption of wooden fishing vessel, rating 12% of fishing vessel Carbon Emission. Additional CO2 emissions have to be absorbed by 1.2×104 hm2 forest within 10 years. Based on the investigation,the construction and usage of wooden fishing vessel has a lot negative effect to the development of our “low-carbon fisheries”.
