摘要：鱼鳞是水产品加工中的废弃资源，它也是一种优质的胶原蛋白来源。总结了鱼胶原蛋白的特性，鱼鳞明胶和鱼鳞胶原蛋白多肽的制备工艺，以及鱼鳞硬蛋白和磷酸氢钙的制造方法。提出了工业化开发利用鱼鳞资源的完整工艺路线和车间设备，并对鱼鳞胶原蛋白的应用前景进行了讨论。

Review of the technology and equipment for comprehensive development
and utilization of fish scales

Abstract: Fish scale is generally considered as a waste after fish processing. However, it can be used as an alternative resource of collagen raw material. This article summarized the characteristics of fish scale collagen. Manufacturing processes of fish scale gelatin, polypeptide, fish scale scleroprotein and Dicalcium phosphate were introducted in this article. The article proposed an integral manufacturing & processing methodology for the utilisation of fish scale resources, and forecasted the application of fish scale collagen.
