生物渔肥对水泥池浮游生物种群的影响

摘 要:试验探讨了施用生物渔肥(绿源生)后水体中浮游植物和浮游动物的变化。试验取2个水泥养殖池,其中1个为试验池,施入生物渔肥量为4 g/L,另1个为不施肥的对照池。试验结果表明:施用生物渔肥后试验池中的浮游植物在第2天开始迅速增长,第4天达到生长高峰,比对照池同期增长116.25%,硅藻门取代绿藻门成为优势种群;试验池中的原生动物在第4天达到最大值,比对照池增长16.18%,轮虫、枝角类,桡足类在第6天大量增长,比对照池分别增长30.40%、20.59%和17.46%;试验池浮游生物总量在施入渔肥后的第12天仍高于对照池。本试验条件下,生物渔肥对浮游植物和浮游动物的种类影响不大,但对浮游植物和浮游动物的密度影响较大。

Effect of plankton population in cement pool by using biological
compound fish fertilizer

Abstract: In order to provide the reference for biological compound fish fertilizer, the experiment was discussed the variation of phytoplankton and zooplankton in pool after using biological compound fish fertilizer. The experiment was conducted in two cement pools. One is a trial pool, which was added 4g/L biological compound fertilizer (BCF). The other is a comparison without BCF. The water samples were extracted from the two cement pools once per day to measure the variation of phytoplankton and zooplankton. The experiment results show that phytoplankton increased rapidly on the 2nd day in the trial pool with BCF, and reached the summit of growth on the 4th day, it increased 116.25% compared with the pool without BCF, bacillariophyta displaced of Chlorophyta as predominant species; protozoa in the trial pool with BCF reached the summit of growth on the 4th day, it increased 16.18% compared with the pool without BCF; Rotifer, cladocera and copepods increased rapidly on the 6th day, they increased 30.40%, 20.59% and 17.46% respectively compared with the pool without BCF; the quantity of plankton in the trial pool with BCF was still larger than the pool without BCF on the 12th day; Under this experiment conditions, BCF has no significant impact on the species of phytoplankton and zooplankton; but BCF has a significant impact on the density of phytoplankton and zooplankton.
