饲料脂肪水平对白甲鱼幼鱼消化酶活性的影响

摘要:为评价不同饲料脂肪水平对白甲鱼(Onychostoma simus)幼鱼消化酶活性的影响,以豆油为脂肪源,分别以6种脂肪水平(2.83%、4.52%、6.68%、9.14%、11.35%、14.07%)的试验饲料养殖初始均质量(0.78±0.05)g的白甲鱼60 d。结果表明:随着饲料脂肪水平的升高,肠蛋白酶活性均呈下降趋势,但当饲料脂肪水平≥9.14%时差异不显著(P>0.05);肝胰脏蛋白酶活性在饲料脂肪水平<9.14%时无明显变化(P>0.05),脂肪水平>9.14%时显著降低(P<0.05);肠脂肪酶活性随着饲料脂肪水平的升高呈上升趋势;肝胰脏脂肪酶活性随饲料脂肪水平的升高呈先升后降的变化趋势,饲料脂肪水平≥11.35%时,肝胰脏脂肪酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),前肠淀粉酶活性无明显变化(P>0.05),中肠淀粉酶活性呈先升后降的变化趋势,后肠淀粉酶活性则略有下降(P>0.05),肝胰脏淀粉酶活性则呈先升后降的变化趋势,但差异不明显(P>0.05)。研究表明,适宜的饲料脂肪水平能改善白甲鱼幼鱼消化酶的活性,提高对饲料营养物质的消化利用率。

Effect of dietary lipid level on digestive enzyme activities
of juvenile Onychostoma sima

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary lipid level on the digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Onychostoma sima. The fish of with average initial body weight of (0.78±0.05)g were fed the feed that of lipid level was 2.83%、4.52%、6.68%、9.14%、11.35% and 14.07%,respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that there were significantly effects of dietary lipid level on digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Onychostoma sima. The protease in intestine increased with the increase of dietary lipid levels, but there were no significant difference when the dietary lipid level more than or equal to 9.14%(P>0.05). The activities of protease in hepatopancreas were no significant difference when the dietary lipid level less than 9.14%,but those were significantly decreased when the dietary lipid level more than 9.14%(P<0.05); At the same time, the lipase in intestine increased with the increase of dietary lipid levels, the lipase in hepatopancreas first increased then decreased as the level of dietary lipid increased, and its where highest. when the dietary lipid level was 9.14%(P<0.05)the activities of amylase in foregut were not change significantly(P>0.05); The activities of amylase in midget first increased then decreased as the level of dietary lipid increased(P<0.05), the activities of amylase in hindgut slightly decreased with the increase of dietary lipid levels, the activities of amylase in hepatopancreas first increased then decreased as the level of dietary lipid increased, but there were no significant differences(P>0.05). Results of above show that the dietary lipid level could promote the digestive enzyme activities and improve the feed utilization of Onychostoma sima
