钝吻黄盖鲽×星斑川鲽人工选育初步研究

摘要:为探索钝吻黄盖鲽与星斑川鲽的杂交潜力,培育具有经济价值的养殖新品种,以钝吻黄盖鲽和星斑川鲽为亲本进行了远缘杂交试验。试验采用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)催熟亲本,人工挤卵、采精,利用干法授精手段实施杂交。结果显示,当以钝吻黄盖鲽为父本,星斑川鲽为母本进行杂交时,受精率和孵化率均较高,受精率在60%以上,可成功获得受精卵,但其胚胎发育只能进行到原肠早期;当以黄盖鲽为母本,星斑川鲽为父本进行杂交,受精率和孵化率均不是很高,受精率在20~30%,其胚胎发育阶段比较顺利,但仔鱼2日龄全部死亡,不能进一步发育。研究表明,钝吻黄盖鲽和星斑川鲽正交不能获得杂交后代而反交可获得杂交子一代。

Primary study on induced breeding between Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae and Platichthys stellatus

Abstract: In order to explore the potential of hybridization of Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae and Platichthys stellatus and breed aquaculture new species with economic value, the distant hybridization experiment between Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae and Platichthys stellatus was conducted.  The parents were induced to maturity with the hormones of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), the eggs were stripped from the female parent and the sperms were collected from the male parent. The eggs were fertilized with the method of dry fertilization. The results showed that while the parents were Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae♂× Platichthys stellatus♀, fertilized eggs, high fertilization rate and hatching rate could be obtained, with the fertilization rate higher than 60; but embryonic development could only get to the early gastrula stage. On the other hand, the fertilization rate and hatching rate were not very high, with the fertilization rate of around 20-30% when Platichthys stellatus♂ × Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae♀. And the hybrids had complete embryonic development, but 2-day larval fish were all dead. The study showed that the distant hybridization between Pseudopleuronectes yokohamaeand Platichthys stellatus(♀) could not obtain the hybrid offspring but crossbreed F1could be obtained when back-cross .
