复合微生态制剂和曝气对梭子蟹养殖废水的净化效果

摘要:在检测养殖废水pH、DO、COD、NH3-N、NO2—-N、NO3—-N、异养细菌总数及弧菌总数等指标动态变化的基础上,比较研究了在夜间曝气条件下添加复合微生态制剂(益水素活菌净水剂、调水宝、EM金露)及单纯曝气对梭子蟹养殖废水的净化效果。结果表明:3种复合微生态制剂对养殖废水均有一定的净化修复作用,试验前后养殖废水中COD去除率达57.15%、50.56%、58.85%,NH3-N去除率为86.96%、80.85%、76.09%,NO2—-N去除率为54.55%、36.36%、20%,弧菌总数较对照组下降了57.14%、52.38%、42.86%;同时,曝气可以明显提升养殖废水的pH,降低COD、NH3-N、NO2—-N、NO3—-N等指标。综合分析认为,在夜间曝气条件下,以益水素活菌净水剂对梭子蟹养殖废水的净化效果最佳。

Degradation effects of compound probiotics and aeration on waste water from the swimming crab (Portunus trituberculatus) culture pond

Abstract: Based on aerated in the night, an experiment on bioremediation of waste water from the swimming crab culture pond was made by three complex probiotics such as the living microbial purifying agents made in Cangzhou, the water quality purifying agents made in Jiangsu and effective microorganisms (EM) made in Qingdao. Then the levels of pH, DO, COD, NH3-N, NO2—-N, NO3—-N, heterotrophic bacteria and vibrio were tested dynamically in the experiment period. The results showed that after 10 days, 3 compound probiotics groups had obviously bioremediation effects on the waste water. The removal rate of COD in the waste water was 57.15%, 50.56%, 58.85%, the removal rate of NH3-N was 86.96%, 80.85%, 76.09%, the removal rate of NO2—-N was 54.55%, 36.36%, 20% and the total vibrio count were 57.14%, 52.38%, 42.86% , lower than the control group. The results also indicated that, compared with the control group, pH level could be increased obviously in the aeration groups, and the water quality indexes of COD, NH3-N, NO2—-N and NO3—-N were decreased to some degree. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis, the bioremediation effect of the living microbial purifying agents group is the best with the condition of aeration in the night.
