维生素C对大黄鱼存活及生长的影响

摘要:为研究维生素C含量对大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)存活、生长、血红蛋白及红细胞渗透脆性的影响,在水温为10.8~28.2℃下,将平均体质量(0.21±0.02)g的幼鱼分为6组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复10 000尾,饲养在规格为宽长8 m、4 m、深4.5 m的海上网箱里,分别投喂添加维生素C含量为0、50、100、150、200和250 mg/kg的软颗粒饲料300 d。结果显示,随着饲料中维生素C添加量的增加,存活率及全长、体长和体质量的特定增长率呈上升趋势,但各试验组差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,各试验组血红蛋白含量及血红细胞渗透脆性差异性显著(P<0.05);血红蛋白含量随着维生素C含量的增加而呈上升趋势,红细胞渗透脆性随着维生素C含量的增加而下降;在大黄鱼幼鱼时期,投喂软颗粒时添加200 mg/kg的维生素C对大黄鱼的抗病能力和生长有着良好的效果。

The effects of dietary vitamin C content on survival, growth, hemoglobin and erythrocyte osmotic fragility in large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea

Abstract: In order to study the effects of dietary vitamin C content on survival, growth, hemoglobin and erythrocyte osmotic fragility in large yellow croaker Larimichthys crocea, at the range water temperature of 10.8~28.2℃, juvenile of Larimichthys crocea with an average weight of (0.21±0.02)g were randomly reared in 6 groups with 3 repetitions for each group, with 10000 individuals for each repetition ,which were cultured in a marine cages with the size of 4m×8m×4.5m, and fed the diet containing vitamin C at a rate of 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg•kg-1 for 300d. The results showed that the survival rate, and the specific growth rate of total length, body length and body weight were increased with the increase of dietary vitamin C content in the diet, while there was no significant difference in the treatment groups (P>0.05). However, the content of hemoglobin and the osmotic fragility of red blood cells were different significantly (P<0.05). The content of hemoglobin was on the rise with the increase of concentration of Vitamin C, while the erythrocyte osmotic fragility was in reverse. In conclusion, there is good effect for the disease resistance and growth of juvenile of Larimichthys crocea when feeding with soft granulation diet with content of Vitamin C at 200 mg/kg.
